Location. Ms. Alma the night shift receptionist is super kind and helpful and the night duty guard as well.

No free toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner. The manager (the middle aged woman from 10AM to 6PM in the reception) is not approachable. She will always utter in a mocking way that you need to upgrade room so she’ll transfer you to the second floor. The free bottled water will not be given to you automatically by the manager. The one who gave free soap and water is already Ms. Alma the night shift receptionist. Imagine, we checked in at 2PM and the free soap and the free water is already given to us at 2AM when we passed by at lobby to buy food. No elevator. The budget price is located at the 5th floor which is unfortunate for those who booked the cheapest rate. But fortunately, the night guard on duty helped us with our baggage from 5th floor and until loading of baggage in the taxi. Plot twist, the night guard on duty is the one who searched for our taxi though it is raining. I guess the guard deserves more to be a manager or Ms. Alma the night shift receptionist.

I like the location. I choose to stay this place because of the location. The staff are friendly, helpful and cooperative.

i hope and pray that they will consider a little bit more cleaning and care of the guest as the room really don't have water ready, no soap or shampoo, no toothbrush. The room stinks.... the small cockroaches ???????? ???? was it's all around, i couldn't rest...

Staff did not help me with my luggage and there was no elevator. Had to carry it til the 4th floor. As for the room, you get what you pay for.

The room was facing a busy street and quite noisy The street is one-way traffic and taxi's have a hard time getting to the hotel Getting to Cebu city in the morning took more than an hour by taxi. In hindsight it would have been better to stay in the city

the guard was nice.. front desk personnel are trying hard to be nice but seem they need some more training.

everything looks old and worn out, we had to transfer to another room as the aircon in the first room did not work well. There are a lot of other properties much better than this with the same price or even lower.

It’s clearly stated in booking.com that there’s free wifi, however, when I reached in the hotel room there’s no wifi at all.

The receptionist were not friendly enough to entertain guests.

no elevator, no wifi signal on the 4th floor. the beddings and towels are dirty, the color is not white anymore, it became brownish. you can't leave your baggage on the front desk after you checkout. we had no choice but to extend our stay until 4pm for a halfday price just to keep safe our baggage. no complimentary water. the tv in the room is still CRT and no desk phone! will never book on this hotel again

i like the price and spacious.

the bed is moving and noisy. the bathroom is not that clean and a some bad odor is coming out from the drainage. bathroom is so tiny.

Bed was clean and comfortable.

No hot water in the CR. The sink drain leaked, splashing water on me while I was using it. TV reception was bad on some of the cable channels. The room had a slightly bad odor.

Its quite near to the airport. So its fit to stay here if you have an early flight and tight budget.

The previous user of the room smokes heavily that the smell was still there during our stay. The room was not well lighted.

No frills clean hotel in great location. They changed my arrival date with no problem after Typhoon delayed our flight.
